Thank you for welcoming a piece of my art work into your home:) This was the first painting I ever made in London.
It reflects how I felt after leaving my home country and stepping into my dream city. Everything changed overnight the culture, the people, the atmosphere and it all felt new, exciting, and a little overwhelming in a good way.
The black-and-white tones show the mix of emotions I carried: the uncertainty of a new place, but also the hope and curiosity that guided me. The words “Where are you?” represent the moment of trying to understand myself in this fresh, unfamiliar world.
This piece is about beginning again with courage. It shows the beauty of starting from scratch, learning a new rhythm, and slowly building a life that feels bright, strong, and truly mine.
