This pieces is inspired by a wonderful place i visited.
My partner takes a yearly trip to Cornwall with his family a place I had never been to. He spoke about it so often, and with such love, that it began to feel special to me too.

So I wouldn’t miss out on its beauty, he sent me photos from the trip. I was so inspired by them that I painted the images he shared with me.

He even brought back shells for me little pieces of a place I hadn’t seen, but somehow still felt connected to. Later that year he took me to the place and taught me how to surf too.
