Banana Bread Recipe Sheet

This banana bread recipe sheet holds a special place in my heart. It started on a quiet afternoon, just painting for myself, with ingredients scattered around and a brush in hand, until someone I love gently asked, “Could you paint a recipe sheet for me? And can it be banana bread? I love banana bread. It’s my favourite.”

Something about that moment stayed with me. Maybe it was the simplicity of the question, or the person who asked it, but it moved me enough to turn that idea into something entirely handmade. Every stroke, every word, created with care.

The original now hangs in the house of the person whose recipe it is, as a reminder of warmth and home. And knowing a print of it now lives in your home fills me with quiet joy. I hope it brings with it not just a recipe, but a little bit of heart, too.

Funnily enough, I still haven’t tasted banana bread, at least not yet, as I handwritten this letter.
